Active in the renewable & clean tech industry since 1999, Giorgio has a financial and legal background working with investment funds, banks and companies all over Europe and Asia. Due to his network and business activities he helps start-ups and projects to define finance, marketing and market-entry strategies. Giorgio is a shareholder in renewable and clean tech companies.

Tim studied law at the University of Nijmegen/Netherlands as well as Economics at the University of Sankt Gallen/Switzerland. After working for important law firms specialised on M&A and Joint Venture set-ups, today he continues to focus on investment structuring and the preparation of fund raising for start-ups, SMEs and projects. Being a shareholder in green and clean tech companies he has a sense for the practical needs of successful investments.
